Graeme is a consummate professional Personal Trainer. I began training with Graeme over 3 years ago During that time he has demonstrated his skills in a number of training disciplines including cardivascular, preparation for specific sporting activities and pilates.

After suffering form reoccuring episodes of a rather painful and debilitating back problem I decided that I needed to take some steps to try and prevent this from happening again.
Osteopaths and chiropractors were good at remedial treatment but I felt that I needed to take a more proactive approach to my problem. Lack of core strength and stability was exacerbating my back problem. I hadn't used the services of a personal trainer before but after my own research I decided that this would be the best course of action for me.

I began Personal Training with Graeme Baxter in 2000 and for the past 6 1/2 years I have regularly received 1-1 sessions with Graeme. During this time I have been able to learn and apply many different methods of training that I would not have been able to do on my own or at a gym.

I began training with Graeme in 2003, in preparation for my first half marathon. Since then, we have trained on average every fortnight.

I would like to thank Lynn from Body & Mind for helping me achieve a goal that I never thought I'd make.
Fifteen weeks before my wedding I decided to sell my wedding dress as I bought it a few months ago a few sizes to small with the plan to slim to get into it, but I wasn't doing well, so I opted for the easy option, get a new one.
Lynn took on the challenge of getting me into the dress and to be honest I wasn't hopeful at all but I gave it a go. At first it was very hard work as on overweight and unfit mother of three I thought I'd never do it but Lynn gave me the confidence and all the help that I needed, she really pushed me to my limits and I hated it but after a few weeks I looked forward to our fitness sessions as I was enjoying them.
Six weeks before the wedding I tried on my dress and to my surprise I could get into it, it was actually a bit big around the bust so I took it to be altered, and after a few more weeks I tried it on again and to my surprise it was still to big so it was taken in again!!
On my wedding day I was so pleased with myself for all the hard work I had done to get into my dress and felt really good. I am so pleased I didn't opt for the easy solution.
I'm still overweight but much fitter and healthier and I'm still doing my fitness, I go to the gym at least 2 times a week and have Lynn to thank for that, as without her help I wouldn't of got into what I thought was my dream dress and have a fantastic wedding to remember. Thank you so much.

Graeme & Lynn became my personal trainers in February 2006. I was unfit, unhealthy and unhappy with every aspect of my body and eating habits. Since then I have lost weight, lost inches, gained strength and general fitness. We first met Graeme four years ago when we attended a local beginners’ Pilates Class. We were immediately impressed by the depth of his background knowledge and the skill with which he taught the class. Since that first meeting we have attended his weekly classes and he has also provided Personal Pilates Training for us both in our home. This personal training has supplemented the class work with individual attention which we have found especially valuable.
We have both benefited immensely from Graeme’s expertise, commitment and communication abilities. His classes are always very well paced, with clear instructions and useful explanations for the purpose and benefits of any particular exercise.
