Training includes cutting edge medical thinking on movement and why movement problems occur, explaining these concepts simply and relating them to clinical pilates exercises.
An initial posture assessment and movement screening will enable us to design specific exercise, mobility and stretches to improve your performance, reduce any pain/discomfort and prevent injuries.
Leading on from this we focus on building your body’s core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition, low impact, stretching and conditioning exercises.
