Pramblers is a weekly buggy fitness class held in the beautiful grounds of Gibside National Trust.  It is a fun exercise class without the worry of childcare and all of the benefits of exercising outside.  It's also an ideal way to meet new friends and stay and have a cup of coffee and chat after the class in the onsite cafe. 

 

The classes are designed to improve cardio-vascular levels and improve muscular strength and endurance using the natural surroundings.

 

Classes run every Tuesday 10-11am and must be booked in advance.  Classes cost £30 for six weeks. To book your place, please click  on the link below call  07854 209575.  Places are limited for both health and safety reasons and for maximum benefit to the group.

 

You don't need to be a member of the National Trust to take part and there are no further admission charges into Gibside.

I have really enjoyed taking part in the Prambler sessions at Gibside.  It has really helped towards me getting my pre-baby body back with a variety of exercises that anyone of any fitness level can take part in.  You don't have to worry about child care because you take your baby with you, and it also enables the opportunity to meet other mums.
